Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts and veggies on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

2. 20-Minute Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed veggies (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
